Dale Reesor
Dale is a leader in the design and implementation of strategic planning and change projects in both Canadian and International contexts. He possesses a proven capacity for engaging clients in strategic conversation, and supporting them as they discover the future for their workplace. Using advanced facilitation skills, focused conversation, and customized large and small group decision-making processes, he guides clients towards actionable steps to achieve the future.
Dale demonstrates a matured skill in internal and external stakeholder engagement as a foundation for building community, collaboration, innovation, and participation in identifying emerging opportunities to develop a strategic pathway forward. During his time at the University of Alberta working with senior academic leaders, he designed and implemented a process for identifying shared values among executive teams and organizations at large. He discovered that the output of a strategic planning project where shared values inform the final goals and objectives, there is sharp increase in successful implementation of the plan for the strategic future of the organization.
